What does it take to lead with trust?

Is trust and trustworthiness the same thing?

Can I inspire trust in others if I don't trust myself to lead?

Trust is something you either have, or you don't - isn't it?

As long as I'm honest and transparent, my people will trust me - won't they?

There are a lot of misconceptions about trust, and a lot of theories about what it takes to build trust in leadership and in organisations. Many of them, sadly, fall flat, create confusion, or are so complex they are almost impossible to implement.

This course will guide you through the 7 key things you need to know if you want to lead with trust, and is based on globally proven models that have transformed leaders.

My hope is that you are next!

"I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa and found her to be a sincere, ethical and honest individual. Her online course is life-changing and I heartily recommend it for the self awareness and insights it brings.
